Speaker Series with Ronald Kasule

When: Saturday, October 21, 2023
Time: 09.00 CET
Get ready for an extraordinary program where we introduce you to Ronald Kasule, a remarkable individual who has transformed adversity into advocacy.
Throughout his life, Ronald has dedicated himself to ensuring access to assistive products and services that advance the rights, choices, and opportunities of people with disabilities. He was among the inaugural cohort of Peace Fellows at Makerere University Rotary Peace Centre, where he developed a groundbreaking Web and Mobile-Based Application (Dasuns) for his Social Change Initiative.
Join us as Ronald reflects on his life after surviving polio, the numerous challenges he overcame in education and employment, and his relentless commitment to breaking down barriers for persons with disabilities. His story is one of determination, hope, and the power of embracing diversity to create a more inclusive world.
As a Rotary Club, we seek to explore perspectives on service from across the world. The views of the speakers in our programs are their own, and unless stated otherwise, are not necessarily reflective of the views of our eClub or Rotary International.
