Projects

Our projects turn ideas into practical action — from education and health to environmental stewardship and community development.

Members bring what they do best: some lead on the ground, others shape project design, build partnerships, or help us measure what truly changes for people over time.

From Rotary’s very first project, installing public restrooms in Chicago so more people could safely participate in city life, the focus has been the same: see a local need, act together, and leave something better than we found it.

Through Rotary and The Rotary Foundation, we connect that spirit with global resources — grants, expert guidance, and partners in other districts and countries — so a good idea in one community can grow into a model others can adapt, scale, and sustain.

Digital literacy gaps persist — 1 in 6 U.S. adults still lack basic skills, with shortages projected through 2026.

Together with Planet Bee Foundation and the Rotary Club of Woodinville, we're piloting this program in Washington State's Northshore School District — teaching coding and data skills while supporting pollinator health.

Your Skills, Your Community, Your IMPACT!

Rotary has changed the world through fellowship and action — from polio eradication to literacy for millions. Now it's your turn. Local leaders are turning bold ideas into lasting change. Communities thrive when people like you step up.

Teachers delivered WASH training programs for women in the community and students. Health workers reaching remote villages. Neighbors planting trees that clean the air for generations. These aren't distant dreams — they're projects happening right now, led by individuals who saw a need and acted.

Your expertise could be the missing piece.

Whether you bring funding, local connections, hands-on leadership, or strategic guidance, every contribution creates ripple effects that last for decades.
